Our state of the art facility, which was completed in 2011, is a model of automobile dealership efficiency and functionality. To meet the demand of increased business, 2018 will also bring an expansion to our service and parts facilities.

We also offer shuttle service to and from the Wolfchase Galleria Mall, theaters, and surrounding restaurants. If your schedule doesn’t match ours, we have a staff of valet drivers who can pick up your vehicle at your home or office, leave you a courtesy vehicle if needed, and return your vehicle to you after servicing. Or, for basic services, we offer INFINITI Express Service for routine maintenance procedures. A complimentary hand wash, vacuum and tire detail is always available for any service visit. For added convenience, our service department is also open all day on Saturdays. Customers and visitors always have access to complimentary bottled water, fresh-baked cookies, snacks and fresh-brewed gourmet coffees and teas in our customer lounge.

We’re a long-time sponsor of the “Live at the Garden” concert series at the Memphis Botanical Garden.
In 2019 we began our Live at the Garden “Community Recognition Outreach” program, in which we gave our front-row-center-stage table, which seats ten, to organizations that make Memphis and the Mid-South a better, safer and healthier place to live. For 2019 we gave this special table to members of the Memphis Fire Department, The United States Marine Corps League, The Bartlett Police Department, and the Shelby County Sheriff’s Department.

We have been a proud, longtime supporter of the Ovarian Cancer Awareness Foundation (OCAF). Their mission is to bring awareness of the symptoms of ovarian cancer. Ovarian cancer is the most deadly of the five gynecological cancers. However, if detected soon enough, it can be defeated. The symptoms are commonly misdiagnosed because they mimic other benign conditions. OCAF’s slogan, “Listen to Your Body,” implores women to take any change in their abdominal physiology seriously, and if necessary, ask for a second opinion.

INFINITI of Memphis is also proud to participate in the Memphis Chapter of the PKD (polycystic kidney disease) Association’s annual events.

We also participate in the aluminum recycling program with the Memphis-Shelby County Humane Society. This program “turns aluminum cans into dog and cat food” with the proceeds from the recycled aluminum beverage cans. Each pound of cans equates to two pound of pet food for the homeless animals there. You can donate privately by simply bagging your empty cans and dropping them of at the receptacle at the Humane Society, located at 935 Farm Road, just south of Mullins Station Road near Shelby Farms.Call 901.937.3900 for information.
