We also have a Master Technician on staff to insure that there's never a challenge that cannot be solved.

Our technicians and service consultants have such a reputation for proficiency and professionalism that people bring their vehicles from far and wide. So much so, in fact, that we have achieved the highest honor that an Infiniti retailer can receive. The Infiniti "Award of Excellence" is presented to only twenty-five dealerships annually. It is based upon customer input to Infiniti USA through surveys of their sales, parts, and service experiences with their dealership. In other words, our customers make the achievement of the award possible. Thanks to our customers, we have received the Award of Excellence five out of the last six years, and for the last four years in a row. This award is the equivalent to an "Oscar" for Customer Service.

In that spirit, we support local charities and organizations. Our guiding criteria in choosing an organization is that it must be a 'Not for profit" entity, and that it serves the Memphis metropolitan area.

We support the Ovarian Cancer Awareness Foundation, a local organization dedicated to educating women about the symptoms of the deadliest form of the gynecological cancers. There are symptoms. Unfortunately, the symptoms are similar to those of many non-life threatening conditions, and are easily dismissed as such. We also support the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County. Did you know that one pound of aluminum cans will pay for two pounds of dog or cat food?
